Kim Gomez's family, composed of her parents, Florencia and Marcos, shared their pain after the tragic loss of their 7-year-old daughter in La Plata due to a robbery. In a television interview, Florencia recalled with anguish the moment she saw her daughter fall from the car and ran towards her: 'I close my eyes and see the images, I remember how she fell from the car and I ran until I got there and saw her.' She is currently receiving daily psychological treatment to cope with the situation.

For his part, Marcos expressed the intensity of his pain and how he is experiencing it: 'We have experienced the worst pain, today I have no fears, I have anger and hate.' Despite being a very active person, he mentioned feeling powerless after what happened. Florencia added that they cannot be alone at this moment and that they need constant support, gathering strength not to crumble in front of Kim's cousins, with whom the girl was inseparable.

Marcos shared his constant fear that a similar tragedy might happen to others following what his family went through: 'I am terrified that it will happen to another, what happened to us. That 14-year-old boy was alone at all times.' He called for the State's responsibility, emphasizing the importance of intervening when things go wrong in a family.

Finally, Florencia and Marcos announced that there would be a march at 9 a.m. the following day, and on Sunday there will be a gathering in Parque Meridiano, located at La Plata 78 and 28, as a show of support for Kim and her family.
